We have reserved virtually all hotels in the local area that are within a 1 to 2 mile radius of the venue.  There will be an HRH Hosted Shuttle service operating to and from the venue for those not wishing to drive.  Alternatively if one of you is driving there is ample car parking located at the venue which will be free of charge.
